Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of ClearPath La Mesa Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services
ClearPath La Mesa Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information you give us at the time of request. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, materials needed, and scope of work. We will discuss any significant changes with you before proceeding.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After 30 days, pricing may be subject to change based on material costs and availability.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs.
Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
ClearPath La Mesa Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Property Access and Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles. You must also inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that may affect the work.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
